After two hugely successful auctions at the Mansfield State High School this year and two last year, we're back to showcase some of the best real estate the area has to offer for our upcoming Spring Auction Event. With a total clearance rate over 93% and $3,500,000+ over reserve combined for the previous four auctions, there is no other event like it!
The Mansfield High school is a considerable value driver for the area with the school’s impressive ranking in the state pushing demand for homes within catchment.
These auctions are a great community event with over 500 registered bidders and over 1000 viewers online and in person at our most recent auction event in July!
